We have been pioneers in providing employment opportunities for disabled individuals, particularly those with hearing and speech impairments. Since 2007, we've employed 35 individuals facing these challenges, and many continue to be an integral part of our team. It's a testament to our commitment to creating an inclusive work environment.

In 2022, we took a significant step towards enhancing education within our community by constructing a school block dedicated to nursery students. This initiative has empowered our employees and their neighbors to provide modern education for their children. Looking ahead to 2024, we plan to build another school block in collaboration with the mayor of Sululta, a testament to our dedication to education accessibility.

Our commitment to the welfare of our community extends to providing free water to neighboring residents, including internally displaced migrants. Additionally, we offer free electricity to approximately 25 households, ensuring a better quality of life for all.
